  • No Guaranteed Results: While we strive for excellence, digital marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, conversions, or revenue increases. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis using industry-standard practices.
  • Client Responsibilities
    You agree to:
    – Provide timely feedback and approvals
    – Supply necessary materials, access, and information
    – Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
    – Ensure all content and materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Project Modifications: Changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional fees and extended timelines. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing.

Pricing and Payment

  • Fees: All fees are specified in your project proposal or contract. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require: An upfront deposit before work commences, Milestone payments for larger projects & Final payment upon project completion.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment platforms as communicated during the engagement process.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in: Suspension of services, Interest charges on overdue amounts, Project cancellation & Legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges associated with your purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services and the work involved, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced and deposits have been paid.
  • Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a project then; You must provide written notice, All work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for, Deposits are non-refundable & You will receive only the deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellation by Techinfuser: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if; Payments are not received as agreed, You breach these Terms, You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior & The project scope becomes unfeasible.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership of Deliverables: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your project agreement, all work product, including but not limited to designs, content, code, graphics, branding materials, and creative assets, remain the intellectual property of Techinfuser Solutions Private Limited.
  • License to Use: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.
  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing.
  • Client-Provided Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering services.
  • Third-Party Elements: Some deliverables may include third-party elements (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

  • Use of Third-Party Services: We use various third-party tools and platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, hosting services, and design software) to deliver our services.
  • Third-Party Terms: Your use of these platforms through our services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or issues with third-party services.

Term and Termination

  • Termination: Either party may terminate a service agreement as outlined in the cancellation provisions above.
  • Upon termination: You must pay for all work completed, We will cease providing services, Confidentiality obligations continue & Provisions intended to survive (including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitations of liability) remain in effect.
